Extended Stay America Fresno - North

Very good for the price !

This is a very basic hotel, but in a nice area of town. Close to family, shopping, park, etc. I would not choose to stay here again due to the unpredictability of neighbor noise.

I am on a budget when I travel, I've been able to get some amazing prices on great hotels. I didn't pay much at all to stay at Extended Stay Fresno, but I was very uncomfortable. The bed was worse than my own terrible bed. My husband slept in a chair. The chair looked to gross to sit in. I never took off my shoes because the carpet looked bad. They supply dishes because you may want to cook, but I didn't want to eat off of them. I found q-tips on the side of the bed! The staff was very friendly. We asked for new linens because ours were very smelly. They came up to change them immediately. I don't think I will be back. And I will bid more on the next hotel. ...read more

I liked the easy to find location, very convenient. Bed was very good, slept very well.

The hotel was fine other than the fact that they wouldn't upgrade us to a larger room.

The rooms are not very clean. The linens had a very unfresh smell to them and there was long hair on the floor of the bathroom which I only noticed after I took a shower because they stuck to my wet foot (neither of us travelers have dark hair). It seems as though the cleaning staff only does a superficial cleaning of the room at best (take out the trash and replace the toiletries). The morning staff didn't help the place either. 20 minutes till check out, they will literally bang on your door with a clip board in tow asking

check out today. Its ridiculous, but if that wasn't bad enough, right at check out time the front desk calls your room to ask the same question. Its not like you are
in a rush to clean the room or that there are an abundance of people waiting to check-in to this so friendly Fresno establishment. Its unfortunate that the staff here
is so rude because the rooms are small but really cute and they have little kitchens which would come in handy for a stay longer than a day. ...read more

I would only stay here for a few days at best. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable.

It was nice, but clearly for long term stay.
